The University admits or re-admits students who meet the admission requirements.The University implements open admission to all new entrants (freshmen/transfer students) except applicants for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Accountancy who shall satisfy the basic requirements for enrollment in these programs.
Except transfer students from within the system, freshmen and new entrants must take the University Admission Test.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS a. Freshmen Students
a.1. Report Card (Form 138)
a.2. Certificate of Good Moral Character
a.3. University Admission Test Result
a.4. Two (2) copies of 2x2 ID Picture
a.5. Certificate of Physical/Medical Examination
a.6. NSO Authenticated copy of Birth Certificate
a.7. Other requirements prescribed by the College/ Department, CHED, PRC as deemed necessary.
a.8. National Career Assessment Examination (NCAE)
b. Transfer Students
A transfer student from another institution may be admitted to the University upon compliance of the requirements as follows:
He must not have incurred more tan 2 failing marks and/or 3 conditional grades from his previous institution
The applicant must submit the following:
(a) Official Transcript of Records (TOR) or Certified True Copy of Grades
(b) Certificate of Honorable Dismissal
(c) Certificate of Good Moral Character from the last school attended
(d) University Admission Test result (except those coming from other campuses)
(e) Two (2) copies of 2x2 pictures
(f) Validated subjects (for students coming from private institutions)
(g) Birth Certificate
(h) Certificate of Physical or Medical Test, and other requirements set by the University
