Is a CHED – assisted program which spells ISU’s contribution towards generating climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies. It provides the mechanism to integrate climate change in research, development and education thrusts of the communities in the region.

The Climate Change Center is presently being constructed at ISU Echague with a budget of 17 M approved by the Commission on Higher Education. It will house special staff and researchers on the relevant social concern of climate change, focusing on disaster preparedness and risks mitigating programs.
